General

CAMPING: the balance of your stay must be paid on arrival.

RENTAL: the balance of your stay must be paid 1 month before your arrival. If the balance is not paid within this period, your rental will be automatically cancelled. The deposit paid will be automatically retained and invoiced.

Pets are welcome at an additional cost. They must be kept on a lead, identified and vaccinated (category 1 and 2 dogs prohibited). For rentals, a double deposit will be required (- 10 kg).

Charcoal barbecues are not allowed, gas and electric barbecues are allowed.

In the low season, the reception is open until 18:45 and in the high season until 20:30.

The pitches

The price of the pitches is per night 13 h/12 h. Our pitches have an average surface area of 100 m², they are designed for a maximum of 6 people and all have 10 A electricity. (drainage and water connection optional – terminal for several pitches). Two sanitary blocks are at your disposal, one of which is closed and heated (disabled toilets, nursery). Service area for motorhomes.

Rentals

Our rentals are divided into two areas: Côté Prairie (activity centre, recommended for people with reduced mobility) and Côté Terrasse (quiet and beautiful view). In the low season, departure and arrival days can be adapted on request. For rentals, you will be asked for two deposits: 250,00 € for damage and a cleaning deposit (amount according to type of accommodation). The deposits will be returned to you on your departure after the inventory of fixtures. The inventory of fixtures is done in your presence during the opening hours of the reception. You have the possibility to let us do the cleaning. Any broken dishes will be replaced or paid for. We can send you an inventory on request.

Regulated wellness area

The “Espace Bien-être” is reserved for people over 18 years old, 16-18 years old accompanied by an adult and forbidden to under 16 years old.

Swimming shorts are not permitted in the entire pool area.

Sportswear and a towel are required for access to the fitness room.

The management declines all responsibility for the malfunctioning of the equipment in the event of damage beyond our control.

Sun Guarantee

Offer valid for all accommodation bookings of at least one week (between 15 April and 24 September 2017) made at least 3 days before the arrival date

For stays of one week, if less than 3 days without 2 hours of direct sunlight per day (between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.) not necessarily continuous, compensation of 100,00 € sent directly to the client. If less than 2 hours of sunshine per day over the entire stay: compensation of € 200.00. For stays of 2 weeks if less than 6 days without 2 hours of direct sunlight per day, compensation of 100,00 € sent to the client. If less than 2 hours of sunshine per day over the entire stay: compensation of € 200.00.

This offer is automatic and free of charge and does not require any action from the customer.

Does not apply to reservations made by Works Councils or Tour Operators.

SUNÊLIA CANCELLATION Guarantee

This guarantee takes effect as soon as the rental contract is signed and expires at midnight on the day before the first day of the stay. Subject to compliance with the contractual obligations, this guarantee enables you to obtain a refund of the sums paid, if your stay is cancelled according to the exhaustive list below in the following cases

Serious illness, bodily injury or death of: yourself, your legal or de facto spouse, your ascendants or descendants, your guardian, your brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, fathers-in-law, mothers-in-law Serious illness or serious bodily injury is understood to mean any temporary or permanent damage to your physical integrity, established by a doctor and involving the cessation of all professional or other activity.

Complications of pregnancy.

Serious damage requiring your presence on the day of your planned departure and resulting from theft, fire, water damage or natural elements affecting your main residence or your business premises which are more than 50% destroyed (certificate from the insurer to be provided).

Economic redundancy of yourself or your spouse, provided that the procedure has not been initiated prior to the booking of the stay.

All these reasons for cancellation must be communicated by registered letter accompanied by all the necessary documents establishing the facts (expert report, police report, summons, medical or death certificate, etc.) as soon as they occur and at the latest within 3 working days following the claim or the event. In all cases, the application fee will be retained.

For any stay of less than 7 nights, 50% of the deposit will be returned to the client if the cancellation is made by registered letter before the thirtieth day before arrival. If this is not the case, the entire deposit will be retained by the campsite. In all cases, the application fee will be retained.
